Who We Are

AAA Pro HVAC didn't start as a franchise rollout or a private-equity roll-up — it started with technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get overcharged for underexplained work.

We service both residential and light commercial systems across McMinnville, OR: split systems, packaged units, ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps.

Ask a AAA Pro HVAC technician a technical question and you'll get a real answer, not a sales pivot — that's deliberate, and it's why customers stick around.

We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage on every job in McMinnville, OR, which protects your property and our team equally.

Our McMinnville, OR dispatchers are trained to ask the right triage questions on the first call, not just log a ticket and hope the technician figures it out on arrival. Consistency across every McMinnville, OR job, not just the easy ones, is what keeps our review scores accurate rather than inflated.

Don't Ignore These Warning Signs

Catching a problem early, before it becomes a total breakdown, almost always means a shorter repair and a smaller bill.

Warm Air From the Vents

Warm air despite a set cool temperature is one of the most common calls our McMinnville, OR techs field, and it's rarely as simple as 'low on freon'. Our McMinnville, OR techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.

Furnace Won't Ignite or Keeps Shutting Off

A furnace that clicks but never lights, or one that lights and shuts off within seconds, usually points to a failing ignitor, a fouled flame sensor, or a safety switch doing exactly its job. Our McMinnville, OR techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.

Rising Utility Bills With No Usage Change

Dirty coils, duct leaks, and failing components all show up on the utility bill before they show up as a total breakdown. Ignoring rising utility bills with no usage change rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.

Strange Noises: Grinding, Squealing, Banging

A grinding or squealing sound usually points to a motor bearing wearing out; a banging sound during startup often means a loose or broken internal component. Our McMinnville, OR techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.

Uneven Temperatures Room to Room

One room that's always too warm or too cold while the rest of the house is fine usually traces to a duct, damper, or airflow issue rather than the system itself. Ignoring uneven temperatures room to room rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.

System Short-Cycling

Turning on and off every few minutes instead of running a full cycle strains the compressor and rarely resolves itself. Ignoring system short-cycling rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.

Emergency Hvac Repair Done Right, Every Time

From the first symptom to the final fix, this is what AAA Pro HVAC covers across McMinnville, OR.

AC Repair & Installation

We service central air, packaged units, and ductless mini-splits, and we size every new installation with an actual load calculation rather than matching the old unit's tonnage on a guess. Refrigerant leak detection uses electronic detectors and UV dye, not a repeated top-off that never addresses the actual leak. This is one of the most requested Emergency Hvac Repair calls we get across McMinnville, OR.

Heating & Furnace Services

Gas and electric furnace repair, heat pump service, and full heating system installation are all within scope for our McMinnville, OR technicians. We carry ignitors, gas valves, and control boards for the major furnace brands installed across McMinnville, OR. This is one of the most requested Emergency Hvac Repair calls we get across McMinnville, OR.

Ductwork & Indoor Air Quality

Indoor air quality add-ons including whole-home filtration, UV air treatment, and humidity control are installed and serviced by the same McMinnville, OR crews handling your core system. Airflow balancing and damper adjustment are included when uneven room temperatures point to a distribution problem rather than a system fault. Techs handling ductwork & indoor air quality carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.

Emergency HVAC Service

Total no-heat and no-cool failures get priority dispatch across McMinnville, OR, day or night, holiday or not. Our on-call rotation is staffed, not paged cold from home, which is why McMinnville, OR emergency response times hold up even at 2am. Techs handling emergency hvac service carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Every maintenance visit follows the same documented multi-point checklist across McMinnville, OR, with actual readings recorded, not just a signed-off form. Filter selection is matched to your specific system rather than a generic one-size recommendation. This is one of the most requested Emergency Hvac Repair calls we get across McMinnville, OR.

Commercial HVAC Service

We understand that commercial downtime has a cost beyond comfort, which is why commercial dispatch is scheduled around your business hours, not just first-available. Rooftop unit access, curb adapters, and commercial-grade controls are all within our technicians' working knowledge. This is one of the most requested Emergency Hvac Repair calls we get across McMinnville, OR.
